Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At Tread Lightly, we offer both standard in-stock items and pre-order options for select items. Please review our cancellation policy below, which applies to both regular purchases and pre-orders:

Order Cancellations

For In-Stock Items:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at treadlightly15@outlook.com.
• After 24 hours, we are unable to process cancellations as orders are typically processed quickly.

For Pre-Orders:

• Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, pre-order cancellations are no longer possible due to the nature of pre-order fulfillment.
• To cancel a pre-order, please email us at treadlightly15@outlook.com with your order number within the 24-hour window.

Non-Cancelable Orders

• Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all orders (both pre-orders and in-stock) are final and cannot be canceled.
• If you wish to return an item after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery for Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items will be shipped on or around the estimated release date provided at checkout. Please note that delays may occur based on production or shipping timelines.
